Mr. Sullivan is the founder of the AEROS Project and is the Chairman, President & CEO of Global Response Group Corporation ("GRG").

On May 15, 2009, the monthly business magazine of the University of Phoenix, “The Phoenix Focus”, published a feature article about Mr. Sullivan and GRG. [Google: “Phoenix Focus” Magazine, May 2009

In the August 2010 Issue of Popular Science Magazine there is a feature article about Mr. Sullivan & GRG. The cover story headline is: "How to CLEAN UP THE SEA - The Robotic Fix for Future Spills". On pages 30-31 is the main GRG story, entitled: "A SLICK FIX - Oil-Eating
Robots Could Mop Up Ocean Disasters".

In 2009, Mr. Sullivan's IT technical paper about the AEROS Project won major recognition from the Shell Oil Company at the 33rd Nigerian Annual International Convention & Exhibition "NAICE". This paper is available in the international library of the Society of Petroleum Engineers "SPE"; Google: SPE #128341. The title is: "Development & Implementation of a New technology Known as the AEROS System© (Airborne Robotic Oil Spill Recovery System) - Improving the State-of-the-Art of Offshore Oil Spill Emergency Response" (20 Pages). This paper was originally published as part of Mr. Sullivan's MBA graduating thesis paper from the University of Phoenix in 2008.

Mr. Sullivan is also the founder and 1st Trustee of the Global Environmental Protection and Research Foundation.

Mr. Sullivan has enrolled at the University of British Columbia to do a PhD with a dissertation (Thesis) related to global warming and the extent to which GRG will be able to contribute to worldwide efforts to reduce “Man-made Climate Change" (commonly known as “Global Warming”).

Graduating thesis (UBC) won a national award announced at the 1968 Annual Meeting of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (CIMM), as published in the CIMM 1968 Annual Directory;

Award from the West Vancouver ROTARY Club for exceptional humanitarian service (details below).

Awarded 4 financial grants by the National Research Council of Canada “NRC” (1997-2001) to develop computer simulation programs for the AEROS System at the University of Victoria.

Awarded financial grants by NRC to conduct an international oil spill technology symposium in Malaysia (details below).

Business Experience and Accomplishments:
Canadian Diplomatic Corps – Canadian Federal Government Department of Foreign Affairs (1967- 1970): Vice-Consul & Assistant Trade Commissioner in Venezuela & the Caribbean. Generated over
$52,000,000.00 of new export business for Canadian companies (details available);

Directed the Mexican operations (1970-1971) of a large international mining exploration company:”Placer Dome”;

Managed, as VP Finance & Admin, the Formiconi Lei Group (1971-72), an international Italian consortium in the design and construction of oil refineries & petrochemical plants. Gave seminars to industry contractors & engineers on techniques of PERT-CPM project management time & budget control systems;

In 1972, Mr. Sullivan’s company (“DEXTER SA. de CV.”) won international bids to design and construct 7 high-voltage sub-stations in Venezuela, beating-out Siemens, Brown Boveri, General Electric,
and Westinghouse. This was the 1st time a local company ever won an international bid against the “majors” in Venezuela;

In 1973, wrote the cover story article for the Venezuelan prestigious technical magazine “CADAFE”, regarding state-of-the-art high-tech applications of jet engines to mobile, dual-fuel, electrical generating
systems;

In 1973, Mr. Sullivan’s own company “DEXTER” sold the world’s largest turnkey mobile electric generating stations to the Venezuelan government and personally inaugurated the system on Marguerita
Island together with the President of Venezuela, Rafael Caldera, and the President of the Venezuelan national electric utility company “CADAFE”, Ing. Ildemaro Leon;

Created successful international joint ventures (1973-76) to manufacture: bridge cranes; tower cranes; motorized agricultural equipment, and construction equipment;

Created an automated agricultural-industrial complex to produce tomato products & fruit preserves through the formation of a joint venture of Italian and Venezuelan companies;

Directed a $15Million/Yr business (1973-78) in the field of industrial machinery & CNC machine tools as a senior executive and Director of the Boulton Group - Venezuela;

Assisted many European & US manufacturers of sophisticated industrial "CNC" (computerized numerical control) machine tools to successfully break into the South American market (1973-79);

Designed/manufactured (1979-87) heavy-duty accessories for 4x4 “SUV” vehicles in Venezuela;

Mr. Sullivan has been granted more than 45 industrial design patents in over 25 countries (1974-2010).

Assisted (1988-89) the national oil companies of Egypt, Mainland China, and other countries, to equip them and to provide training to fight large marine oil spills to protect the coastal marine environments of these countries;

Invented & patented (1989-90) an innovative hi-tech unmanned system for combating large off-shore oil spills known as the AEROS Airborne Oil Spill Recovery System. This exciting project is owned by
the U.S. company “Global Response Group (GRG)” which is in the process of applying to list on the NASDAQ Stock Exchange (Small Cap Board);

As Chairman/CEO of Global Response Group (GRG) (1998-2010), he formed important strategic alliances with FORTUNE 100 companies LOCKHEED MARTIN, RAYTHEON amd NORTHRUP, and HALLIBURTON;

In addition, as a result of meetings with Mr. Sullivan, MITSUBISHI
has expressed interest to participate financially in the GRG AEROS Project

National Research Council (Canadian Government) & the Malaysian government co-sponsored Mr. Sullivan to present at an international technology symposium about GRG/AEROS held in Malaysia Oct., 1997, which resulted in a Malaysian government offer to sponsor one of the initial GRG emergency response bases, and a Malaysian industrial firm offered to enter into joint manufacturing with GRG;

Technical paper about the IT systems that will drive the AEROS Project was published by the International Society of Petroleum Engineers “SPE”; this paper was submitted to the SPE Annual Convention in Abuja, Nigeria, in August, 2009 and was judged by the Shell Oil Company (Host of the Convention) to be one of the top papers out of approximately 150 papers submitted;

In 2009-2010, as a result of winning an international engineering competition sponsored by the Chinese National Petroleum Corporation “CNPC”, Mr. Sullivan (GRG) engineered and patented the
world’s 1st and only amphibious near-shore and on-shore oil spill clean-up system, known as the GRG MUSKOX Chieftain “D” oil spill recovery system; The Chinese central government has committed to
purchase the initial MUSKOX System. The 1st MUSKOX System will be built in Canada, and the initial oil spill recovery trials will be conducted in Q.2 of 2011 in Calgary. Subject to successful oil spill
recovery performance trials in Canada and China, the Chinese government has expressed their intention to acquire a substantial number of MUSKOX Systems;

In 2009-2010, as a result of meetings with Mr. Sullivan, other countries, in addition to China, have expressed serious interest to do business with GRG, including: Canada, USA, Ecuador, Malaysia,
Mexico, India, Bangladesh, Dubai, UAE, and Russia.

Humanitarian Interests:
Financed, directed and successfully completed a Rotary International project to build low-cost housing units for 160 earthquake/mudslide victims in El Salvador (2003).

Mr. Sullivan is also the founder & President of The Myron Sullivan II International Children's Protection Foundation that is dedicated to helping homeless women & children around the world.

Affiliations:
Green Team America “GTA”: In February 2009, Mr. Sullivan was appointed to be a Board Member of the Charter Advisory Board of “GTA”. The mandate of GTA is to create and unite environmental clubs in over 25,000 American high schools with more than 1,300,000 active members and to coach and guide these clubs to get involved in projects to counter the trends toward man-made climate change (global warming);

Society of Petroleum Engineers "SPE": Mr. Sullivan writes and presents oil spill technology related technical papers for international oil industry conferences & trade shows and for the SPE.
