  BUSINESS PLAN - A SYNOPSIS

Introduction

GRG is currently raising $750,000 USD by private placements to build a second generation prototype of the Mobile Oil-Water Separator System (MOSS). GRG is also in the process of acquiring a publicly listed company. This public vehicle will be used (in addition to private equity investments) to raise equity financing of $25 Million USD.

This initial public financing will launch GRG in an exciting and profitable business that will bring prestige and very high returns to investors. GRG's revolutionary patented technology and specialized services will protect oil resources as well as the agriculture and forestry resources throughout the world.

The third phase will raise public financing of $650 Million USD with a listing on more senior stock exchanges, including listings in London, England and Hong Kong. The four largest securities and stockbrokerage firms in the US have offered to underwrite a public financing of this magnitude following the planned public demonstrations of the air-sea trials of the AEROS System©.

Nature of the Business:

GRG will fulfill a global need that is recognized worldwide. For many years, GRG has been developing a revolutionary patented and proven system known as the AEROS System©. This system is capable of containing and physically recovering an offshore oil spill of any size.

The "AEROS System"© uses unmanned marine vehicles and robotic equipment controlled by conventional satellite remote sensing, GPS, and telemetry technologies. All vehicles and equipment are parachuted by C-130 Hercules or ANTANOV aircraft to the site of the disaster, in operations very similar to a military attack. The AEROS System© is engineered and designed to recover a minimum of 70% and up to 100% of all oil pollution from the water in an extremely short time. It is a well-known fact that conventional ship-borne response methods rarely achieve a recovery rate above 5%!

GRG will form an alliance with each host country which will have the exclusive rights for the territory of a regional GRG AEROS emergency response base which will cover an area of approximately 4,000 kilometers in diameter. There are between 11 and 15 regional GRG bases planned worldwide. The host countries will contribute aircraft and base facilities, military personnel, and a portion of the start-up working capital. GRG will provide a complete turn-key solution, including all technology, 24-hour a day satellite environmental monitoring, all required AEROS vehicles and equipment, operations supervision (with international and global coordination), training of all personnel, technical support, as well as all international marketing, sales, and administration.

The GRG infrastructure can be used to effectively respond to many kinds of environmental disasters including:

  • Oil Spills - Detection, containment and recovery operations controlled via satellite.
  • Forest & Jungle Fires - Detection and airborne firefighting missions controlled via satellite.
  • Large scale aerial spraying missions to protect agriculture from destruction by natural causes or terrorist activities.
  • Humanitarian missions remunerated by the U.N. and the International Red Cross.
GRG has had communications with the World Bank and other multi-lateral organizations which have billions of dollars available to provide financing to developing countries for them to be able to pay for GRG services to protect their natural resources.

Support from Governments and Industry:

Many countries, international organizations, and global companies have expressed interest in supporting GRG to provide turn-key services for global environmental protection. GRG has received support or offers of support from:

  • The United Nations
  • The World Bank
  • The Global Environmental Facility
  • Canada
  • United States
  • Malaysia
  • Singapore
  • Mexico
  • Japan
In addition, three FORTUNE 100 companies have offered support following the public demonstration air-sea trials, namely:

These companies have expressed interest in an association with GRG immediately following the planned public demonstrations of the AEROS System© air-sea oil spill recovery trials. MITSUBISHI has expressed interest in an association with GRG as a financial equity partner after GRG raises the next $5-10 Million USD as part of the current financing.

Mexico and Malaysia have offered to sponsor the initial GRG emergency response bases and to provide aircraft, air base facilities, aircrews and financial support as soon as the prototype system is successfully demonstrated.

A GRG television documentary is planned for the Discovery TV Network to include BBC, the Nature Channel, and the National Geographic Channel. GRG's global TV publicity will include CNN and will all be coordinated with the timing of the public demonstration air-sea oil spill trials proposed to be held in Mexico, Malaysia, and the Arabian Gulf.

Return on investment (ROI):

GRG sales are expected to exceed $2.2 Billion USD/yr by year 6. As part of the $25 Million USD financing, the investors will own a major part of GRG which will include two additional well-known companies who are both world leaders in fields directly related to GRG's business. The first acquisition target is International Air Response Inc. (IAR), located near Phoenix, Arizona. IAR, a 25-year-old company, is the world's most experienced organization in fighting forest fires and agricultural infestations with demilitarized C-130 Hercules Aircraft. Readers can visit the IAR web site at: www.internationalairresponse.com

The second acquisition target is GRG's affiliate company International Submarine Engineering Ltd (ISE). ISE is a world leader in high technology marine and submarine satellite controlled systems known as Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs). Readers can visit the ISE web site at: www.ise.bc.ca

In addition to the prestige that will come to the investors by being part of this exciting global environmental enterprise, the financial gains will be very large. The ROI analysis, based on conservative criteria and long term crude oil prices of only $42 per barrel, projects a very high rate of return to the investors.
